Then, connect with our breath and bodies through Caroline’s signature creative asana practice that blends alignment and stability, dynamic vinyasa, and creative expression to shift our thoughts and emotions and find new perspectives. Afterwards, take home a month of journaling prompts to keep the momentum going.

ABOUT CAROLINE
Caroline is an educator, yoga facilitator, and aerialist based in Atlanta, GA. She is a RYT200 Certified Yoga Instructor and has been leading ground and aerial yoga classes for the past two years. As a passionate mental health advocate and self-proclaimed alignment nerd, Caroline specializes in wellness practices for emotional healing and asana for circus artists and overhead athletes.
She brings a decade of adult education experience and a background in creative writing and performing arts to her unique yoga classes and practices.
